Children: We have one beautiful daughter named Madison.
Residence: I have lived in Langford for almost 40 Years.
Experience:
- I have served two terms on the Langford Council and I am seeking my third term.
- Co Chair of the Administration and Finance Committee.
- Chair of the Beautification and Festival Committee.
- Co Organizer of the Langford Summer Festival.
- Appointed to investigate the possibility and secure a Bowling Center to be built in Langford.
- Chair of the South Langford Planning Committee.
- Assisted with making the Langford Trolley a reality.
Being Born and Raised here, I understand the needs of our community. Sustained development is the key to our success. If we can maintain the perfect balance of the two, a balance in which Langford was nationally recognized for, everyone in Langford will prosper, not only financially, but also with lifestyles and amenities. I love the fact that we do not have to leave our town any longer to obtain goods and services. Everything one could need is now right here in our neck of the woods.
I fully support recreation in our city, and City Center Park is a prime example of that support. The beautiful new All Weather Playing Fields, Mini Golf, Splash Park all compliment the Park and Dry Floor Arena with more to come! Over 30,000 people a month now visit City Center Park, way beyond our early expectations, and that number will only rise along with the ongoing expansion of the Recreational Facilities at City Center Park.
Langford has a little something for everybody, and I think that is the formula in having such a positive, vibrant town such as ours. The people of Langford have pride in their town and that pride shows more every day. Since the early days, I have always been a Proud Langford Resident and I have never been prouder of Langford than I am today.
