Wade, Roger

I am very proud to call Langford my hometown. I want to help continue the positive and exciting direction in which we are headed. As a resident of over 23 years, I have deep roots in the community through my family, my involvement in the Westshore sports scene and my business. Like many of you, I am a parent, and have a 6-year-old daughter that attends Happy Valley Elementary. What we do today affects generations to come. I want to be a voice on Council that is going to make Langford great today and lay the foundations so that Langford is a successful, solid, sustainable, family-oriented community for years to come.

As a member of council I will support initiatives like commuter rail, continued support of new parks and recreation, maintaining low taxes and creating diverse and affordable housing. As we move forward, it will be crucial to have a representative on Council who can make tough decisions and a person with a business background who understands how to make our local economy prosper during the global downturn.

That’s why on November 15th, I ask for your vote.
