Benoit Counselling provides services for individuals experiencing grief and loss due to a death, divorce, seperation or relationship breakup. Other counselling services include: Anticipatory grief, Caregiver Support, Addictions Recovery, Codependency, Boundaries and Self Esteem and Self Growth. Counselling services are available in a traditional counselling setting, and in some situations are offered in your home, senior's residence, or a hospital setting. It is a profession goal to provide client's with a sense of personal comfort and safety throughout their transitional process. * The Grief Recovery Workshop, facilitated by Benoit Counselling, is an educational/support program that convenes over a 12 week period and offers a non-judgemental place to be heard, education about the grief process, what is "normal" when things feel out of control, and teaches practical communication and transitional skills to assist grieving individuals throughout their difficult journey.
