Yoga instructors are much more than meets the eye.
"It’s the connection with our yogis that counts; a comfort feeling, the energy, good vibrations and believe the wisdom offered can develop mind and body together, ultimately reaching goals to find peace and enjoyment. Not only do I feel it is an improvement to have a place (studio) that is beautiful but also a place where you feel warm, where you can zone out and love the space as your own – therefore confidently let go of all"

Quote "I am a very driven, positive person, full of life ! I try practising visualizations and a positive attitude on a daily basis along with a one on
one connection with my Mentor. `I needed to nurture me and my soul, so I started looking into different things that I love doing, one was to work with seniors. I have huge respect and compassion for them, they are usually forgotten and do not generally get the attention they need and deserve.
I started volunteering visiting seniors'sbed ridden, chatting with them & listening to their stories. really they are the most exciting peopel ,so full of information & knowledge! which most have forgotten.
Than I discovered my love of yoga, I felt empowered by the practice ,body, mind, and sprit, realizing that yoga can help everyone.
I try to teach with compassion, enthuiasm, clarity and excitement, linking poses together in a powerful, balanced flowing sequence. Students need to explore the outer edge, and discover what is in side of them.. Shine through and connect to the body & Mind get into your body and out of your head and get into your heart.
I decided I would like to help enhance the Seniors well being and happiness and hope to Inspire more of all ages, as well as teaching myself to learn more compassion , understanding, and happiness for us all, using Bella Yoga classes to united the engery together. Hope to see you there.

Kim teaches Yoga weekly to people with disabilities & once a week at the Colwood Community hall.
Quote from Kim "I got really sick about 7 years ago from pesticide poisoning and when I eventually got back on my feet, my doctor suggested Yoga. It took me a while to feel good with it all as I use to shake when I started, but I liked it so much that I got my teachers certificate !. Now I can help people like me, with disabilities. Still to this day I have to modify some poses, as I do not have strength for it and that is what is great about Yoga it can be modified for your own personal situation.
