To pursue a dream many years in the making, Chef Joseph Lake and his wife Uyen Pham have chosen to locate their new business in the community of View Royal. “We are so excited to be opening in this great neighbourhood and look forward to becoming closely involved in the local community,” states Joseph. “We are very committed to establishing a place where residents can congregate in a family friendly environment and enjoy a menu of fresh food prepared to the highest standard.” The coffee house located in View Royal Square at the corner of the Old Island Highway and Helmcken Road is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Joseph’s will host special events or meetings in the coffee house and also offers consulting and catering for off site events.
Joseph received his Canadian Red Seal Designation after apprenticing at the Fairmont Empress and has over 20 years of culinary experience in top kitchens in North America. Uyen received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria. The couple has been married for over 10 years and has two young children.
